Boise State spring game The Broncos finished spring practices, and the defense was the star in their annual spring game. The revamped secondary stood out for all the right reasons, with many of the newcomers looking like they can step into key roles next fall.
The defensive line looks pretty deep, and the linebackers showed flashes, even though they were uneven overall. The Boise State offense did have some nice scoring drives despite players being out and the vanilla playcalling. But true freshman wide receiver Rasean Jones looked like the real deal, confirming the hype he’s had all spring.
Fresno State spring game Jackson Moore was on hand and dived into the projected depth chart based on the spring game, including spring standouts. The QB battle continues on without anyone creating separation, and the running back room is still deep. Harold Duvall is definitely a name to watch in the WR room and Jonah Leaupepetele appears to have cemented himself into the right guard spot on the line.
