Ravens oddly named landing spot for former first-round QB

Yahoo Sports

I'm not so sure this would be a good move.

Ravens oddly named landing spot for former first-round QB originally appeared on The Sporting News . Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here . The Baltimore Ravens ' quarterback situation is a fascinating one, given that Lamar Jackson has yet to get his desired long-term deal.

Behind Lamar is one of the better backups in Tyler Huntley. So, Jesse Minter's options are really good. But could the Ravens look to add another body to the room?

Depending on who it is, absolutely, and for CBS Sports' Bryan DeArdo, he's oddly named Anthony Richardson as a potential option. "As far as potential landing spots, Richardson would be a good fit on a team that either has a young starting quarterback or one that has a similar skillset," DeArdo wrote . "Two teams that come to mind are the Dolphins (who have Malik Willis at QB1) and Ravens.

" More: Chiefs linked with Super Bowl-winning WR post-draft Richardson a legitimate option for Ravens? For me, no. The Ravens aren't going to give up draft capital for a player that they know the Indianapolis Colts don't necessarily want.
