Matt Fitzpatrick says if winning the Zurich Classic with Alex felt as good as his US Open victory

They parred their way up the 18th before a sensational bunker shot from Matt led to a birdie four which saw him and Alex take the spoils at TPC Louisiana. After that victory four years ago, Fitzpatrick was visibly delighted.

However, the 32-year-old Englishman genuinely looked even happier after his brother holed the winning putt from just 14 inches on Sunday at the Zurich Classic. After the final round, Matt Fitzpatrick was asked how much the win means to him. โ€œ It was a struggle.
