Before the NASCAR Talladega race, Tyler Reddick, who has won five races in 2026, said he signed a contract extension with 23XI Racing.

Five-time 2026 NASCAR Cup Series winner Tyler Reddick announced he has signed a contract extension with 23XI Racing co-owned by NBA legend Michael Jordan and Cup driver Denny Hamlin. Reddick, 30, originally signed with 23XI at the start of the 2023 season after spending four years at Richard Childress Racing. He has won five of the first nine races this season, including last week at Kansas.

"We got the deal done; I'm going to be continuing my future here at 23XI," Reddick told FOX on April 26 before the start of the Jack Links 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. "Glad to have that all done and be able to keep building on what we've done. " Reddick did not reveal the specific terms of the deal.

Reddick won twice in his first season (2023) with 23XI and three the following year, including Talladega in the spring. He failed to win in 2025 but did finish second in the Daytona 500 and Darlington. Reddick start the 2026 season by winning the first three races − Daytona, Atlanta and Circuit of the Americas.

He then won at Darlington on March 22 before winning at Kansas. "I'm just really glad that myself and 23XI were able to get to a good place and get the deal done," Reddick said. "So I'll be here for hopefully a long time.
