In recent years, Texas has had a few of its undrafted free agents blossom at the next level. Will Ethan Burke or Jaylon Guilbeau find as much success in the NFL as Poona Ford or Brenden Schooler?

While in high school, Ethan Burke once committed to joining the lacrosse team at Maryland. He will now try to play professional football in the same state. On Saturday, the Texas football program announced that Burke had signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent.

Burke was not among the 257 players who were selected in this week's NFL Draft, but it did not take long for the 6-foot-6, 269-pound edge rusher to find a home. Burke signed with the Ravens on the same day that Baltimore also added ex-UT defensive tackle Travis Shaw as an undrafted free agent.
