Kage Casey goes from the Broncos to the Broncos

And he will be playing for a familiar team, the Broncos (of Denver).

He started every game at left tackle and was tremendous, only allowing six sacks in 1,351 snaps, including none during the 2024 season. That season was Kage’s best, helping get the Broncos to the Fiesta Bowl in the College Football Playoff. For his efforts, he picked up numerous All-American honors (of the second and third team variety), and was a two-time Mountain West first-teamer in 2024 and 2025, with a second-team billing in 2023 as a redshirt freshman.
Casey has great size (6’5” 310 lbs) and college film, but average measurables and athleticism. His showings at the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine dropped him down a bit and started the talk about a move to the interior of the offensive line at the next level, mainly due to the length of his arms (32 3/4). Now moving to the Denver Broncos, his role is to be determined.
The team is attracted to his versatility and envisions him as either a swing tackle or perhaps a backup guard/center. He’s not projected to start right away but should grow into a larger role. Casey has stated he’s ready to learn wherever he is needed.
