The Boston Red Sox got a fresh look at one of the team's top prospects when rookie Payton Tolle made his season debut Thursday against the New York Yankees. Boston elected to call up Tolle to fill the starting rotation spot vacated by Sonny Gray after being placed on the 15-day injured list earlier this week. The 22-year-old hurler was dominant in his start against the Yankees, allowing only one run and three hits across six innings while striking out 11 batters.

With Gray reportedly "on track" to be activated off the injured list as soon as he's eligible, potentially pitching as soon as May 6, could the Red Sox shake things up with their starting rotation?
