After landing running back Kelvin Morrison out of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, over the likes of Miami, Ohio State, Penn State, and Tennessee, the Hokies picked up another big offensive commitment for 2027.

Athlete Braxton Salster announced his commitment to Virginia Tech for the class of 2027. After months of prayer I am excited to announce that I am officially committing to Virginia Tech!! All Glory to God!!

He is listed as an athlete, but is projected to play tight end at the next level. Salster chose the Hokies over offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Ole Miss and others.
