Notre Dame defense gets another pick late in 2026 Blue-Gold game

Notre Dame Fighting Irish freshman Ethan Long has already made a small mark on the team with an interception late in the 2026 Blue-Gold spring game. Long stepped in front of a Noah Grubbs pass for the pick. While the offense's passing game improved throughout the afternoon, the defense didn't stop making plays -- plays such as Long's interception.
