2026 NFL draft: Tennessee Titans select RB Nick Singleton in Round 5

Yahoo Sports

The Tennessee Titans selected running back Nicholas Singleton with their 165th overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

Day 3 of the 2026 NFL draft is well underway, and after the Tennessee Titans selected guard Fernando Carmona with pick No. 142, they came back and selected Penn State running back Nick Singleton with pick No. 165 in the fifth round.

An explosive and well-built running back who has the ability to double as a kick returner. At 6-foot, 219 pounds, he is a decisive running back with some upside, despite underwhelming production playing in a timeshare committee. Much like the last player selected out of Penn State, Singleton will be coming off an injury, breaking a bone in his right foot during Senior Bowl practice, which likely impacted his draft stock because it forced him to miss both the NFL Scouting Combine and the Penn State pro day.

The Titans still have three picks remaining in the sixth and seventh rounds, and still have a chance to add some talent. This article originally appeared on Titans Wire: 2026 NFL draft: Tennessee Titans select RB Nick Singleton in Round 5
