The Tennessee Titans had the second pick in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL draft, and they used it to select guard Fernando Carmona out of Arkansas. Carmona was initially a left tackle at Arkansas, but switched to guard during his senior season, giving the Titans both depth and flexibility with him on the roster.
