Women’s U17 South American: Brazil’s road to a sixth title The Brazil National Team begins its journey this Saturday (25) in search of a sixth South American U-17 Women’s Championship title. Brazil is the most successful team in the competition, with five titles, having been crowned champion in 2010, 2012, 2018, 2022, and 2024. The current champion is Paraguay, which won the title for the first time in 2025.
Besides the Paraguayans, only two other national teams have ever been champions: Colombia, once, and Venezuela, which has won it twice.
