Nelly Korda reveals what Scottie Scheffler’s coach told her after seeing her putt for the first time
Nelly Korda has putted magnificently during the first two rounds of The Chevron Championship this week. Korda has taken just 51 putts through 36 holes so far, and she holds a six-stroke lead over Patty Tavatanakit heading into the weekend at The Chevron Championship.

However, it is her putting that has enabled her to separate herself from the field after 36 holes in Houston.
The change Nelly Korda has made to her putting Korda has historically struggled with her putting over the past few years, especially during the biggest and most important events. However, things began to change on the greens for Korda after she met with Scottie Scheffler ‘s putting coach – Phil Kenyon – towards the end of last year. She currently works with David Angelotti on her putting, and that relationship was set up by Kenyon.
