48. Pro Football Focus ranked him as the 23rd overall prospect on their 2026 big board. While he lacks elite size to play on the outside, Terrell is instinctive and savvy in coverage.
He could potentially play in the slot, however, he played over 75 percent of his snaps on the outside. "Terrell's lack of length may limit him to zone-heavy schemes, but his elite football IQ and playmaking instincts give him starting potential across multiple systems," PFF wrote in Terrell's scouting report.
