UCLA hosts four-star quarterback recruit Dane Weber for a visit
The Bruins hosted four-star quarterback recruit Dane Weber on Thursday. Weber is from California and is the No. 31 quarterback for the Class of 2027.
Bob Chesney and the UCLA Bruins are already yielding an impressive Class of 2027 recruiting class, with UCLA’s group already being ranked top-20 in the country . The Bruins could raise their rank even higher if they could land four-star quarterback Dane Weber. UCLA should have a shot at the California native, as the Bruins hosted Weber for a visit on Thursday.

With Weber being such a highly regarded prospect, it won’t be easy for the Bruins to land him as a recruit. Plenty of elite programs have offered Weber, with Michigan, Georgia, Oregon and Arizona State being among the teams to throw an offer at Weber. If Weber decides to stay in Southern California, UCLA might have a clear avenue to playing time as an underclassman.
