The Texans already added Keylan Rutledge to the roster, but when will Houston add in more pieces to the crew on Friday evening?

Day 1 of the 2026 NFL Draft is in the books and for the first time since 2023, the Houston Texans made a Thursday night pick. While perhaps not the flashiest name on the board, the Texans bolstered their offensive line long-term with the selection of Georgia Tech offensive lineman Keylan Rutledge at pick No. 26.

The do-it-all lineman was regarded as the best run-blocking lineman in the class, while allowing just two pressures last season out in Atlanta. Among his 400-plus pass-blocking sets, Rutledge allowed zero sacks blocking for Haynes King. Now sights turn to Nick Caserio's favorite day of draft weekend.

So far, it seems like every year the Texans just hit homers out of the park with the picks made between 33 and 100. Since Caserio's arrival, some of the top names drafted include wide receiver Nico Collins, cornerback Kamari Lassiter, wide receiver Tank Dell, defensive back Jalen Pitre, safety Calen Bullock and running back Woody Marks. With someย big names still on the boardย -- including defensive tackles Kayden McDonald and Christen Miller, along with linebackers Anthony Hill, Jacob Rodriguez and C.

J. Allen-- there will be opportunities for Caserio to walk away a winner and capitalize on the compensation once more. With that in mind, here's where the Texans will be picking on Day 2: Texans draft picks on Day 2 Round 3, Pick 38 Round 2, Pick 59 Round 3, Pick 91 (from Buffalo Bills ) What time are the Texans projected to be making their picks on Day 2?
