Stanford big man Oskar Giltay commits to UConn men’s basketball

The Stanford big man is the third player to transfer to UConn this offseason.

183 recruit in the country in the Class of 2025 before playing for Stanford as a freshman. Giltay hails from Bilzen, Belgium, and previously played for Hubo Limburg United in the BNXT League, the top division in Belgium and the Netherlands. Like his future teammates and fellow transfers Najai Hines and Nik Khamenia, Giltay is a rising sophomore and has three years of eligibility remaining.
