” According to local outlets Marca and El Heraldo , Lucas was swimming in Pancada Grande, a natural waterfall in Ituberá, Brazil, when he did not return to the surface. His body was recovered by authorities several hours later, the outlets reported. His death was initially classified as an accidental drowning, though his body was sent for an autopsy to determine an official cause of death.

He seemingly last updated his account on April 20, sharing a video dancing in the streets, which he captioned, “HELP ME HIT 20 k 🤣🤣🤣🤣” In the comments of the post, fans and followers posted tributes to the late internet personality. “A PURE GUY, I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT 😭😭😭😭, my condolences to the family 🙌🙏🏽🙌🙏🏽🙌🙏🏽,” wrote one.
