Wisconsin women's basketball guard Kyrah Daniels is withdrawing from the NCAA transfer portal, according to On3's Talia Goodman. Daniels entered the portal on April 14 after one season with the program. She started her career at Missouri State in 2023-24, then transferred to the Badgers after coach Robin Pingeton's arrival last offseason.

The rising senior started all 34 games for the Badgers in 2025-26, averaging 30. 3 minutes, 12. 4 points, 5.

1 rebounds, 2. 6 assists and 1. 2 steals per contest.

Daniels' return is major news for a Wisconsin program that appears on the rise after an impressive close to the 2025-26 season. After a nine-game losing streak to close the regular season and an early Big Ten Tournament loss, the team made a surprise run to the WBIT semifinals, defeating Oregon State, Miami and Harvard in the process. Pingeton and her staff have been busy in the transfer portal this offseason, headlined by a commitment from 2025-26 Southern Conference Player of the Year Caia Elisaldez .

Daniels' return only continues the program's stretch of positive momentum. NEWS: Wisconsinโ€™s Kyrah Daniels has withdrawn her name from the transfer portal, sources told @On3 . The 6-0 junior averaged 12.
