During his interview with @EdEastonJr, Arvell Reese shares advice from Ohio State Buckeyes linebackers coach and former teammates pre-draft
This week, Chiefs Wire's Ed Easton Jr. spoke with 2026 first-round NFL Draft selection and former Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese. In his interview with Easton Jr.
, Reese discussed his partnership with Reese's as a go-to snack and comfort food. He also shared the helpful advice from his position coach and former Ohio State teammates. "All the advice that I got from coach (James) Laurinaitis, He's been my linebacker coach for all three years there.
He just poured a lot into me and lifted me when I was down. There's always been someone there for me, and it's my coach, my linebacker coach," said Reese, "That's why I spend the most time with him: he would teach me fundamentals and all that stuff. He just always told me to stay true to myself and just be me.
Don't ever change. Always be you, ain't got to try to be like nobody else when it comes to leading and doing certain stuff, always be that, just stuck with coach Laurinaitis. " Reese joins the ranks of many former Buckeyes who were selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.
