The Tennessee Titans have selected Auburn University edge rusher Keldric Faulk. Here are seven things to know about their new edge rusher.

After pulling one of the first shockers in the draft by selecting Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate with the fourth overall selection, the Titans didn't allow their night to end too soon. As the first round counted down to the final two picks, the Titans traded with the Buffalo Bills to select Auburn edge rusher Keldric Faulk. After filling an offensive need, the team ensured that they shored up their defensive line by adding Faulk to the room.

Here are seven things to know about their new edge rusher: Remained at Auburn all 3 years A rarity in the NIL era of college sports is a player remaining at the same school throughout his eligibility. Faulk is the exception as he played all three of his collegiate seasons at Auburn under Hugh Freeze. Played college ball with his younger brother Keldric Faulk wasn't the only player on Auburn's roster with the Faulk last name.

His younger brother, J. J. Faulk, followed in his footsteps by joining the Auburn football program as a freshman last season.

No relation to the NFL legend While it is easy to match players' last names with others with the same last name, Keldric Faulk is not related to Pro Football Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk. Five-Star recruit Faulk was an All-American selection coming out of Highland Home, Alabama, in 2023. He was ranked as a five-star recruit by Rivals ahead of his college decision.
