Patriots draft Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah with the 28th pick in Round 1
The Patriots have made their first selection in the 2026 NFL Draft.

After trading up from the 31st to the 28th overall selection with the Bills, the reigning AFC champions selected Utah offensive tackle Caleb Lomu.
In order to move up the board, the Patriots invested their original first-round pick at No. 31 as well as the 125th pick in Round 4. This story will be updated.
