Will Ohio State’s Arvell Reese be the first defender selected in the 2026 NFL Draft?

It’s likely Ohio State edge defender Arvell Reese will be the first of the quartet to be selected, despite having the least amount of experience of the group.

Reese’s draft stock has seemingly fluctuated over the home stretch to the Draft, however he is still almost universally expected to be drafted by 4th overall. The New York Giants don’t seem likely to take Reese even if he fell to fifth overall. However, it’s also possible that one of the Giants’ division rivals could trade up for him.
