Badgers land Australian athletic forward as they continue to bolster 2026-27 roster
Wisconsin is going back to the international route for their next addition.

Riddle, a 6-8 forward from Golden Grove, Australia, is considered one of the better prospects in Australia for his age group.
He helped lead Australia to gold at the 2023 FIBA Under-16 Asia Championship and silver at the 2025 FIBA Under-17 Oceania Cup. In the Oceania Cup, Riddle averaged 14. 0 points, 3.
0 rebounds, and shot 67. 4 percent from the field, which ranked second among all players competing, per UW Athletics. He currently plays for the Center Of Excellence in the NBL1 East League in Australia, and will be joining the Badgers later this summer.
“Isaac comes in as one of the best young prospects in Australia with terrific potential as he goes down the path of development,” head coach Greg Gard said. “For our program it’s a very good time to bring in a budding star from their national team and help Isaac with the next steps in his career. His length and athleticism are obvious, but his desire to grow and expand his game is impressive.
