The Cleveland Browns quarterback impressed Los Angeles Lakers legend LeBron James with his latest bold statement on Day 1 of voluntary minicamp. Keeping in mind his star status in Jackson State and Colorado, a reporter asked the Browns quarterback how it feels to not carry the same status in the NFL. Sanders embraced his bold personality and made it known that he doesn't let the opinion of others get in his way.
"I feel like I was a man. I don't let nobody else dictate how I feel about myself," the Browns QB said. "If you allow that, then you live for the wrong reasons.
I know who I am as a person, as an individual, and just a child of God. So I can't let nobody dictate how I feel about myself, and if I allow that, then I'm not meant to be strong. I gotta be able to be mentally strong in each and every situation that life throws at you.
