Makai Lemon would love to play for the Rams: 'It'd be a perfect fit'
USC WR Makai Lemon could see himself staying in LA and playing for the Rams, believing he'd be a "perfect fit" in their offense.
One of the most popular connections in expert mock drafts has been Makai Lemon to the Los Angeles Rams at No. 13 overall. It's not hard to see why.
He's a tough player who fills a need at wide receiver and he's local to L. A. after playing at USC.
The Rams reportedly love him, and the feeling is seemingly mutual. In an interview with the New York Post ahead of Thursday night's draft, Lemon talked about how he would be a great fit with the Rams, bringing his skill set to Sean McVay's offense. โI feel like itโd be a perfect fit, definitely,โ Lemon said.
โJust adding my play style, adding what I can do to the team. โ The possibility of playing alongside and learning from Puka Nacua and Davante Adams isn't bad, either. โJust learning from them guys,โ Lemon added.
