Elsie and her mum Melissa attended the game against Portsmouth on Tuesday with a "We love you Frank" sign in hand. After the game was over, Lampard spotted the pair on the front row - waved and "flew over the barrier" to give Elsie a big hug and presented her with his Champions 26 commemorative shirt, Melissa said.
She added that her daughter had taken it to school the next day to show to her classmates. Melissa said: "We're absolutely buzzing. She woke up with a big smile on her face [the next morning].
