With a single post, the Utah Mammoth owner added an extra level to the team’s rivalry with the Vegas Golden Knights.

Amid the two teams’ heated playoff battle , the Mammoth owner posted a memo on X Wednesday afternoon notifying fans that he’d give a brand-new Mammoth jersey to any and all fans who wanted to trade in their Golden Knights sweaters. For any Golden Knights fans still left in Utah, come swap your VGK jersey for a new @UtahMammoth jersey on Friday at noon at the Delta Center. Utah shows up!

The fans will receive blank Mammoth home jerseys, which they can later choose to customize with player names and numbers for a fee. The explanation also specifies that the offer does not include a ticket to that evening’s game, the first-ever Stanley Cup Playoff game at the Delta Center. It’s not the first time Smith Entertainment Group has held a jersey swap.
