Brayan Bello will no longer start Thursday's series finale against the New York Yankees. MassLive's Chris Cotillo reported on Wednesday that the Boston Red Sox are pushing Bello's start back from Thursday to Friday. He'll now start Friday's series opener against the Baltimore Orioles on the road, followed by Garrett Crochet on Saturday and Connelly Early on Sunday.
The Red Sox have not yet announced a starter for Thursday's game at Fenway Park. There is speculation that it could be Payton Tolle , although Boston could also opt to use an opener or Eduardo Rivera after calling him up this week . Red Sox push Brayan Bello to Friday and will start “TBD” tomorrow.
