Below you will find the updated, final, and consensus draft needs big board for the Houston Texans entering the 2026 NFL Draft. Given the Texansโ pre-draft visits with multiple defensive ends, Iโve added the position to the group. Iโve also once again expanded the board 75 to 100 total players to account for the additional positions and new gems found in this middle-heavy class.
It is unlikely any of the top 15 players on the Big Board will be available when the Texans select at 28. However, I am including the top players at each position of need as Houston could trade up to select one of them. Positions of need: offensive line, defensive tackle, running back Positions for depth: linebacker, safety, tight end, defensive end Rank Position (only LB, S, TE, RB, OL, DE, and DT) Prospect Tier 1 (Elite Prospects) 1.
