Shomurodov officially leaves Roma on permanent deal Roma has said goodbye to Eldor Shomurodov. The Uzbek striker, a key figure for the Giallorossi last year during Ranieri’s reign, will continue to play for Istanbul Basaksehir. According to Il Tempo, the Turkish club has been forced to buy following their mathematical certainty of survival.
The purchase fee will be €2. 8 million, while the loan fee was €3 million. Roma will retain 10% of the player’s future resale value.
This season, Shomurodov is putting up impressive numbers in the Turkish SuperLig: 18 goals and 4 assists in 30 league appearances for the Uzbek international striker.
