The New York Giants hosted veteran defensive lineman Benito Jones for a visit in East Rutherford on Tuesday, shows the NFL transaction wire. Jones, 28, was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Miami Dolphins out of Ole Miss in 2020. The 6-foot-1, 335-pound Jones played his first two seasons with the Dolphins before signing on with the Detroit Lions for two years in 2023.
