Allen brought the energy to KeyBank Center on Tuesday night, firing up the crowd before Game 2 of the Buffalo Sabres' first-round playoff game against the Buffalo Bruins. Wearing an Alex Tuch goathead sweater, Allen was introduced to a roaring crowd arena and embraced the moment.
He screamed "Let's (expletive) go! " while pumping his arms, then grabbed the ceremonial drumstick and got to work. After slamming the drum to a "Let's go Buffalo" chant, Allen flipped the mallet, reached into his back pocket, pulled out a beer and chugged it.
