Pep Guardiola has acknowledged he will be without the pair as City look to go top of the Premier League table on Wednesday. Sunday's 2-1 triumph over Arsenal has placed the title destiny firmly in their hands, though it came at a price.
Rodri came off in the 88th minute after picking up a groin injury. While scans have indicated the issue is not serious, the midfielder will be unable to feature at Burnley and remains a doubt for Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Southampton. Speaking at his pre-game press conference, Guardiola revealed, via The Mirror : "I think he will not be ready for tomorrow and we will see for the next games.
Maybe [he will be back for] the semi-final with Southampton or in 12 or 13 days against Everton.
