Georgia's football spring game revealed standout performers and areas for concern, including tight ends, quarterback depth and running backs.

The Georgia Bulldogs have completed their 2026 spring with the conclusion of G-Day , the Bulldogs' annual spring scrimmage. In the spring game, the red team (first-team offense) beat the black team 27-17 (first-team defense). The spring game started with several consecutive stops before the red team got the scoring started.

Both sides of the line of scrimmage looked imposing for Georgia. The first-team offense jumped out to a 17-0 halftime lead thanks to a Peyton Woodring field goal and touchdowns from tight end Jaden Reddell and running back Dwight Phillips. Quarterback Gunner Stockton did not play the entire second half as Georgia spread out quarterback reps to numerous passers.

"The guys had to push through today, and we actually got less reps today than we got our other two scrimmages butpleased with the progress of the team," Georgia coach Kirby Smart said after the spring game. "We have a lot of youth in this team that continues to grow up. We're going to have a lot of guys that are going to help us next year, excited for the next step.
