Boston suffered a stunning 4-3 loss in Game 1, in a game the Bruins were up 2-0 in the third period, before Buffalo scored four-straight to get the comeback win. It was a disappointing result for Boston, but head coach Marco Sturm believes there are a lot of positives to take away and is confident the team has regrouped and is ready for Game 2. โThereโs not much to say usually after losses,โ Sturm said after practice on Monday.
โBut today, guys know me, I always get to the point right away today even so I feel better. I think these guys feel better, too, after watching. โItโs a long series, weโre ready for a long series, we want to play a long series.
