The 42-year-old, Huddersfield-born official has stepped out into matches across the Premier League, Championship, League One, FA Cup, League Cup, UEFA Champions League qualification, and international friendlies this campaign. Across his 24 matches to date in the 2025/26 season, Madley has issued a total of 70 yellow cards, none of which have led to a second yellow card dismissal, five straight red cards, and awarding nine penalties in the process.
