Among the many injuries the Toronto Blue Jays have been dealing with to start the season, some have been a bit different than the typical ones.

Not all injuries at the start of the year have been arm and leg problems, as left-handed hitter Nathan Lukes, a 31-year-old, is dealing with vertigo. Vertigo symptoms are typically tough to manage at first, but it sounds like Lukes now has the dizziness and nausea under control that he's been dealing with since spring training. According to the latest report, he was recently diagnosed with vertigo, but the Blue Jays have cleared him to continue playing, and the coaching staff is confident that he will be more than fine.

Blue Jays medical staff cleared Lukes to continue playing and coaching staff trusted him to battle through it,โ€ Arden Zwelling wrote .

Looking at what Lukes has done to start the season, there have been some struggles from the Sacramento, California native. However, he had two great games against the Arizona Diamondbacks over the weekend, collecting three hits in each of them. He went 3-5 in both games, now 9-24 on the year.
