Dodgers Split Series With Rockies After Finale Win

Yahoo Sports

The Los Angeles Dodgers took a commanding 12-3 win over the Colorado Rockies in the final game of a four-game series Monday. The Dodgers lost the previous two games of the set, but managed to salvage the series behind a flurry of home runs and another strong outing from Justin Wrobleski after an early hiccup. Wrobleski threw seven innings, allowing a single run while striking out three batters.

He allowed eight hits in the outing, but didn’t give up a walk for the second consecutive outing. The Dodgers immediately claimed the lead in the top of the second, though, as Max Muncy and Miguel Rojas went back-to-back with solo homers.
