Wilson got a statement victory in BCIAA baseball on Monday. The Bulldogs banged out 12 hits and beat Exeter 16-6 in six innings in a Division 1 contest between two of the top teams in the BCIAA. Gabe Spohn went 2 for 4 with four RBIs and Ben Kulp went 2 for 4 with three RBIs to lead the Bulldogs, who improved to 12-3, 8-0 Division 1.

Gabe Spohn went 2 for 4 with four RBIs and Ben Kulp went 2 for 4 with three RBIs to lead the Bulldogs, who improved to 12-3, 8-0 Division 1.

Spohn, Tim Lengle (four walks) and Jordan Martinez each had doubles, and Ryan Marmolejos tripled, singled and drove in two runs. Aidan Incledon was 2 for 4 with four runs scored and an RBI. Winning pitcher Jack Gabel went five innings, giving up all six Exeter runs and striking out six.

Martinez pitched the sixth, allowing just one hit. For the Eagles (10-4, 6-3 Division 1), Matt Woram (2 hits) and Jake Franek (2 hits) each tripled and Jake Hafer (2 hits) had a double. Kutztown 3, Hamburg 1 Ryan Walters and Elliot Knutsen combined on a five-hitter as Kutztown defeated Hamburg 3-1 on Monday.
