WWE’s Ethan Page called up to ‘Monday Night Raw’
The “Raw” after WrestleMania never disappoints when it comes to unexpected moments, and this year was no different as the fallout from WWE’s biggest stage began to unfold. It didn’t take long for the first surprise to hit. Just minutes into the show, former NXT Champion Ethan Page made his presence felt, interrupting a segment featuring General Manager Adam Pearce and Je’Von Evans.
In a brief but impactful moment, Page was formally reintroduced to Evans and to the Raw audience as the brand’s newest addition, immediately shaking up the show. At age 36, Page is at the ripe age of WWE stardom and could become a weekly fixture as a mid-card heel wrestler on “Raw. ” MORE: Trick Williams shares heartwarming moment with parents after epic WrestleMania win This would be a perfect intro for Page to the main roster, as he and Evans have a well-known history dating back to their time in NXT , including a New York City Street fight in early 2025 that is considered some of their best work.
Of course, longtime viewers recognized this wasn’t Ethan Page’s first brush with “Monday Night Raw. ” He briefly appeared in October 2024, sharing a backstage moment with General Manager Adam Pearce in the aftermath of his NXT title loss. With Pearce officially unveiling Page as Raw’s newest signee, Je’Von Evans wasted no time revisiting their history.
The self-proclaimed “Young OG” pushed for an immediate showdown, turning the introduction into an impromptu clash. The match itself didn’t last long, as outside interference from Rusev quickly shifted the momentum. Still, Page capitalized, securing a win in his official main roster debut and also showing fans why they call him “all ego.
” The outcome not only gave Page a strong start on Raw but also left the door wide open for a potential rematch with Evans down the line.
