Team owners Wes Edens and Jimmy Haslam, along with general manager Jon Horst, reportedly traveled to Memphis early last week to sit down with Taylor Jenkins, according to a Monday report from The Athletic's Eric Nehm and Sam Amick. No deal is in place, and contract figures have not come up yet. Another meeting is expected soon.

Edens and Haslam did not bring Jenkins to Milwaukee for a formal interview. They went to him. Given where Jenkins sits in this market right now.

Jenkins, 41, spent six seasons in Memphis before the Grizzlies let him go with nine games left in the regular season this past February.
