This challenge states that every gift made in support of Rutgers Athletics on Friday will be matched dollar-for-dollar.
This will effectively double all of the donations made to the department on Friday. โThis is a chance for all of us to come together and support our student-athletes as they pursue excellence in their sport and in the classroom. There are a lot of exciting things going on in Rutgers Athletics.
We are proud to do our part and hope you will join us,โ said Brown in a press release made by the university. โWe are deeply grateful to Greg and Anna Brown for their extraordinary generosity and leadership,โ said Rutgers Athletic Director Keli Zinn in the press release. โThis matching gift represents a powerful investment in the future of Rutgers Athletics and creates a unique opportunity for our entire community to make an even greater impact.
I encourage Rutgers Nation to build on this momentum. Give to compete. Compete to win!
