“Skywalker” got the call. On just five days’ notice, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has signed former Bellator standout Lucas Brennan to face Francis Marshall at UFC Vegas 116 this weekend (Sat. , April 25, 2026) inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The bout will be contested at Lightweight. Eurosport was first to report the news. Brennan (11-2), the son of former UFC veteran Chris Brennan , made a name for himself early in Bellator, debuting at Bellator 224 and rattling off a perfect 9-0 record with eight finishes .
The 25-year-old quickly built a reputation as a dangerous finisher with a slick submission game. However, his momentum stalled in 2024 with back-to-back losses — first to Dimitre Ivy in PFL, followed by another defeat under the Fury FC banner. Since then, Brennan has rebounded nicely, picking up consecutive first-round submission wins on the Texas regional scene at Xtreme Knockout.
