Ocala-area baseball teams in the FHSAA playoffs: Schedule, scores, tracker

Marion County saw three of its high school baseball teams collect district titles last week as North Marion, Trinity Catholic and Vanguard came out of district tournament play unscathed. With their district championship trophies in tow, that trio of teams locked up their spots in the FHSAA playoffs. And as it turns out, with the FHSAA releasing its state baseball brackets on Monday, April 20, the Colts, Celtics and Knights are the only baseball teams that will represent the Ocala area in the playoffs.

Following its district championship win over Umatilla, the North Marion Colts find themselves as the top dogs in Class 3A-Region 2. As the region's No. 1 seed, North Marion will host No.
