Bundesliga is over, but... See how the race stands in other big leagues Bayern Munich have already celebrated winning the 2025/2026 Bundesliga title. But several of Europe’s top leagues still have title races wide open.

There’s a team very close to becoming champions in Italy, a derby that could be decisive in Turkey, and much more. Primeira Liga 🇵🇹 Benfica’s win over Sporting at Alvalade on Sunday (19) changed the table and benefited leaders Porto. The Dragons’ lead over the current runners-up is now seven points.

Sporting, the reigning two-time national champions, still have a “trump card” with a game in hand. But they have fallen well behind the top spot. Porto and Sporting will meet next Wednesday (22) with the Portuguese Cup title on the line.

Current standings: 1st Porto - 79 points 2nd Benfica - 72 3rd Sporting - 71 Remaining matches: Porto: Estrela Amadora (A), Alverca (H), AFS (A) and Santa Clara (H) Benfica: Moreirense (H), Famalicão (A), Braga (H) and Estoril Praia (A) Sporting: AFS (A), Tondela (H), Vitória de Guimarães (H), Rio Ave (A) and Gil Vicente SüperLig 🇹🇷 Reigning three-time champions Galatasaray, featuring Gabriel Sara, opened up a four-point lead after Fenerbahçe slipped up (including an Ederson mistake) against Rizespor. That came before the highly anticipated derby in the next round that promises to bring Turkey to a standstill. In third, Trabzonspor are still in the race as well, with four rounds left to play.
