However, there are still plenty of reasons to be concerned about the Red Sox. They're last in homers, sixth in errors and several of their best players are struggling, from Roman Anthony and Jarren Duran to Garrett Crochet and Trevor Story. "It just is not going the way that it needed to go to start this season," Flemming said. It's a really tough way to go. " Lack of power has been an issue for the Red Sox dating back to last season. They ranked 27th in home runs after trading Rafael Devers and are 30th in homers this year.
