Watch: Panthers arrive for 1st day of offseason program
Panthers players were greeted with a little surprise when returning to the building for the start of the offseason workout program.
The Carolina Panthers are officially back at work. Today, players reported to Bank of America Stadium for the first day of the team's offseason training program. On their way in, players were greeted by Carolina's always-fun social team—who gifted them each a tiny yellow hard hat.

And even though it may be a cliché, it is nevertheless true that the Panthers won't continue rising unless they put a great deal of preparation in between now and Week 1. Most of all, they need quarterback Bryce Young to take the next step in his development and start delivering magnificent games more often than than just two to three times a year.
