The Philadelphia Eagles are reportedly looking to be active in the trade market during the 2026 NFL Draft , and the Minnesota Vikings might be in their crosshairs. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Eagles general manager Howie Roseman is plotting to make a trade over the course of the three-day event. Adding to that, Schefter believes that could lead to a deal for Vikings edge rusher Jonathan Greenard, who Philly has already expressed interest in.
“The Eagles could be making more trades beyond any Brown-related move. League sources say that general manager Howie Roseman is plotting to make a deal on draft weekend,” Schefter reported. “One possibility is adding Vikings linebacker Jonathan Greenard, whom the Eagles have checked in on at various points this offseason, per sources,” Schefter added.
Schefter notes that the Vikings and Eagles have already discussed Greenard and might reignite talks this weekend. Schefter reported back in March that the Vikings were open to trading the Pro Bowl edge rusher because of a salary cap crunch.
“Yeah, I expect him to be part of our team. I know there’s always conversations,” head coach Kevin O’Connell said. “There’s conversations this week.
