In fiscal year 2024, South Carolina athletics lost $194,175. In fiscal year 2025, athletics spent $19. 6 million more than 2024 but had $21.

1 million more in revenue. South Carolina's athletic department had a surplus of $69,238 in 2023 and deficits of $3. 7 million in 2022, $11 million in 2021 and $765,306 in 2020.
